Alora Global is a Dubai-based professional services firm delivering corporate advisory, business solutions, and executive relocation services to entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, international corporations, business owners and high-net-worth individuals seeking to establish, operate, expand and protect their interests in the United Arab Emirates.
Founded by Ian Dsouza, who has been setting up and structuring companies in the UAE since 2004, Alora Global was built to bring two decades of hands-on experience into a single, dedicated advisory firm. Over that time, Ian has personally overseen the formation of more than 1,000 companies across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. We combine that depth of local knowledge with international business experience, giving clients practical guidance tailored to their specific objectives rather than one-size-fits-all packages.

Alora Global’s services are structured around three complementary business verticals:
01
Corporate Advisory
Supporting businesses with UAE market entry, corporate strategy, restructuring, expansion, business development, local representation and business continuity by helping individuals, families and business owners safeguard their interests through succession planning, UAE Will registration coordination, estate planning and access to specialist legal and trust advisers to help protect what you’ve built.
02
Business Set-up & Support
Facilitating company formation across Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore, along with corporate administration, governance, regulatory coordination and ongoing business support, including access to specialist accounting, tax and audit services through channel partners that help keep your business running.
03

Practical advice for the decisions that shape your business for years.
Where to set up, how to structure ownership, when to expand and how to protect what you have built. Our advice is practical, not theoretical: you get a clear roadmap, not a 50-page report, and we help you deliver it.
Market Entry Strategy and Corporate Structuring
Thinking about the UAE? We help you understand the market, the rules and the real costs before you commit, then build a clear, step-by-step plan to get you up and running. The right structure protects your assets, keeps you compliant and makes future growth easier. We help you design it from day one, or fix it if it’s grown messy.
Business Expansion & Operational Advisory
Growing brings new questions: new branches, new markets, new hires, new processes. We help you understand the commercial environment, identify appropriate market entry and expansion strategies and establish the foundations for successful business operations and help you plan the next step and set up the operations to support it.
Business Development & Local Representation Services
Need someone on the ground while you’re overseas? We can act as your local point of contact, handling day-to-day coordination with authorities and service providers. Alora Global supports international companies seeking to strengthen their market presence, identify new commercial opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
Business Continuity & Succession Planning
Owning a business or assets in the UAE means planning for the unexpected. We advise business owners, shareholders and corporate groups on establishing structured continuity and succession arrangements designed to protect business operations and support long-term stability. We work with trusted legal partners to help you put the right protection in place for your business and your family.

The right structure, licensed and looked after.
There is no single “best” jurisdiction. The right choice depends on who your customers are, where you will trade and what you want the company to do long term. We recommend the structure that fits, even if it is not the quickest one for us to process.
Mainland

Free Zone

Ongoing business support
Getting your licence is step one. Keeping everything up to date is where most businesses get stuck, so we take that load off your plate.
Visas, Banking & PRO
Corporate bank account opening assistance, investor, partner and employee visas, Emirates ID and medicals, document attestation, government liaison, licence renewals and amendments.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, monthly management accounts and cash-flow reports, payables and receivables, and payroll management.
VAT & Corporate Tax
VAT and corporate tax registration, returns and annual filing, tax impact assessments, and ongoing plain-English guidance ahead of every due date.
Audit Coordination
We prepare the paperwork, liaise with external auditors and answer their questions, so an audit does not eat into your week.

Being a trusted partner means more to us than a phrase on a website. Here's what it actually looks like in how we work with clients:
What being a trusted partner looks like in practice.
Two Decades of On-the-Ground Experience
Our founder has been setting up and structuring UAE companies since 2004, and has personally overseen more than 1,000 company formations across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. That means we've seen regulatory cycles change, and we've developed a real sense for which structures hold up over time, not just which ones are fastest to register.
One Team, the Whole Journey
From corporate advisory and company formation through banking, accounting, tax, compliance, and relocation, we manage the full picture together, so you don't have to find or coordinate with different service providers as your needs evolve.
Advice Before Paperwork
We like to start with what we'd genuinely do in your position, before getting into which forms are needed. If a structure doesn't quite fit your goals, we'll say so gently and honestly, even when a simpler option might be easier for us to process.
Clarity on Compliance
UAE regulations around corporate tax, VAT, licensing, and visas shift fairly often. We keep clients clearly informed of what's required, when it's due, and what's genuinely at stake if something is missed, so there are no surprises.
Built for the Long Run
Our relationship doesn't end once a licence is issued or a visa is stamped. We believe that's just the start. We stay on for renewals, ongoing compliance, and the next stage of growth, because that's usually where the real value is delivered.
